That's the green opalized petrified wood. I still remember finding it we were going fast maybe 35 mph down the dirt and that piece 🧩 just stuck out on the road I yelled stop I seen a cool green white rock go back I still see it 😂 Looks cool hard to tumble I've tried a few pieces

Hello Shannon, I love this story :) This is special to me, it is from you and it is beautiful. So glad to have a I.D. on this gorgeous piece of opalized petrified wood. I check on them after step one yesterday and so far looking good. I hope it turns out I love it. Can I ask what kind of trouble you had with it during tumbling ? Thanks so much Shannon 😊

So many pretty ones. I really love seeing them cut. That jasper that you wasn't able to cut is still really cool. It has a very unique shape to it and love the colors of it. Have you started setting up at any craft type shows to sell the goods you wire wrap? I've seen booths like that at various festivals. You might be able to make a few bucks off your hobby.

I love seeing them cut also :) I am trying to get enough to set up a booth at a craft show. Don't have quite enough yet. I may be putting some in a local shop on consignment. Just not sure yet what to do. Could sell on Etsy like everyone else does ? Some day all this work will pay off :) Thanks much for watching ! Have a great week ahead😊

Well done on the saw! It is hard to get good shapes on the saw, at least, if you like your fingers. I don't know how many times I've smacked my finger on the blade trying to shape a curve onto a stone. It doesn't cut, but it sure does sting! You've got some amazing pieces there. I can't wait to see how you wrap them.
@upnorthadventureswithccc

It is hard for sure. I first cut the shape I wannt "well try to, lol" then try and round the sharp corners. Ha I even tried to add 90 degree angles all around one of them. Surprisingly that is easier than rounding the corners. It is fun to try different things. They are in step two now. I got my fingers crossed on these :) Thanks much for watching 🤩

That looked like a lot of work for that saw. Some times if you use a bastard file on your blade you can get it to cut again. Some rocks leave a residue on the blade.
