Ingredients:
Dough:
200 g (1 and 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
pinch of salt
100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
300 g (2 and 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
16 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Filling:
200 g (1 and 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter
140 g (3/4 cup) sugar
200 g (7 oz) milk chocolate
100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
100 g (1 cup) hazelnuts, chopped
50 g (1/2 cup) almonds, chopped
To sprinkle:
50 g (1/2 cup) hazelnuts, chopped
Baking Instructions:
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 10 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan 34 cm x 22 cm (13.4 x 8.7 inches)
