Bro with how 815 moved while fatigued, you got this comp no problem. I really gotta learn about peaking phases and de-loads cause I believe I could be a strong bencher if I actually train smart and not just RPE9 every session.

I started doing ab work on squat and deadlift days because of you. Is it helping? Idk. But Im sticking with it for at least the rest of the year

Ill be curious to see what ya find, Im not huge on one size fits all answers but I think most athletes should give it a serious trial run to see if they are one of the ones that benefit from it!
