🍳OMURICE🍚 is made famous in Japan and I’ve always wanted to try as it’s not common in Malaysia. After studying about this dish, I realised I just need to master one of the most difficult omelettes to make in the world (which is not thaaaaaaat difficult), now I don’t need to travel to Japan to have a taste of this Omurice! Here’s the recipe:
Ingredient list:

🔸AJI-SHIO® Black Pepper
🔸AJI-SHIO® White Pepper
*You just need to sprinkle lightly every time you use the AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Peppers
🔹Half cup boneless chicken thigh/breast cut into small cubes
🔹4 eggs
🔹2 tbsp creamer/milk/heavy cream
🔹2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
🔹Half Holland onion, diced finely
🔹Half cup frozen vegetable
🔹1 cup overnight cooked Japanese rice
🔹2 tbsp tomato ketchup
🔹1 tbsp soy sauce
🔹Garnish with spring onion and more tomato ketchup
