That is a very effective punch more effective than many boxers know . Until you are on the receiving end & a mf starts getting clean freebees . Thrown correctly with a lot of practice , your opponent will feel those . Great setup for a cross to the gut , or feint it after a few thrown , and go up top for a hard jab to the chin ….and a lot more . Best drill I’ve seen on KZitem in a couple months 🙏Respect .

You should also explain the body mechanics around it. Bending down like if you were using a sword makes your rotater cuff on the same level as the fist giving you more range because the arm is extended as straight as possible. This is the reasoning mike Tyson’s coach taught him peek a boo boxing to be able to close the distance effectively while being defended.
