American apple pie
Ingredients:
100g oatmeal (1 cup).
60g oat flour (1/2 cup).
1 apple (Granny Smith).
60ml water.
1 egg.
3 apples (Granny Smith).
200ml water.
- cook until the apples softened.
50g raisins (1/3 cup).
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
1 tbsp honey.
- 15cm/5,9inches ceramic pie form, grease with coconut oil.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30-35 minutes.
