Recipe 1:
1 kg / 35 ounces chicken wings.
Water.
2 tablespoons baking powder.
Leave to work for 15 minutes.
Rinse with plenty of water.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6 tablespoons sesame seeds (60 gr/ 2 oz).
Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes until toasted.

1 tablespoon honey.
