Sometimes, you stumble on a gem, who would have thought. Cruising the different versions, Greta Bradman, Dame Joan, Alina Garanc'a. Then this, in its own way, just as beautiful.

I only found this song about 5 years back and I listen to it often as it struck an incredible chord with me, I,ve listened to many versions from Joan Turner to Kiri Kenawa and I reckon this rates as one of the best renditions I've ever heard. Thankyou

Oh, my arrangement of this song is here. It was arranged in 2005 and gave to my friend to play. He re-uploaded a year ago with the score. I wonder how you've got this score. Thank you for your performance.

Well, I got the score off Jeremy Choi’s website. I made a donation - and downloaded several scores. You are named as the arranger - on the score. It’s an absolutely wonderful arrangement: I really love playing it!! Hope that’s okay.

Thanks Linda! I appreciate it. 😀 Unfortunately, my uke is getting almost no time, at the moment, but I do pick it up sometimes. I fully intend to go back to it. I'm hoping to get some singing lessons, to help me along... Thanks a lot for dropping by! ☺️

Delightful, Nina. Are you related to the person who wrote my childhood grammar books - Ronald Rideout? I shall be eternally grateful to him. :)

Hi Berni. Gosh. I'm terribly sorry to have taken so long to reply!! No, I'm not related to Ronald, but I've been mixed up with him all my life. There is a slight difference in our surnames. I have an E after the D, Ronald doesn't. Easy mistake to make!! Best wishes.

@@NinaRideout the title of that video is german, however the clip is from a dutch commercial for "The Lijn" (Public transportation firm located mostly in the Flemish parts of Belgium) and the little puppet (called "Stressmanetje") is speaking flemish. the puppet is the personification of a persons stress in day-to-day road traffic. The commercials often have soothing background music in contrast to the stressfull situations depicted. One of those songs is "I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls"
