I was questioning the legality. Not a lawyer, but offering 28 day refunds for functional goods is already outside the law. I think the onus is on the retailer to check the goods before giving the refund.

As an ex-H&M worker, there’s so much tshirt design we can’t remember all. All we need to know was where to put it accordingly to the tag/department. If it’s only 1 tshirt of that design we just put on the back behind similar design.

he could get sued 100 percent, and these fast fashion brands would win in a heartbeat…BUT at what cost. these brands relies mostly on young people. probably all viewers of this video has HnM clothings in their closet. suing over this relatively harmless video would get these brands a bad rep from the younger demographic, thus the brands wont be “cool” anymore overtime

I did way too much crying in art school. Teachers hated my art and classes made me never sleep. Awake all the time in the studios. Feeling depressed. I stopped brushing my teeth at one point. People tell me art is relaxing lol im still like where?

Yes you can obviously sue someone in Britain or basically anywhere else (although it’s not as easy in other parts of the world as it is in the us) No I don’t think these will become collectors items since unsuspecting customers in H&M and primark will buy them.
