When I see Laura having to repeat things that she already said in videos, and making a note that in the future she say them even more times, it reminds me exactly of my job as a high school teacher; you think you have made everything as clear as possible, explaining them multiple times in multiple ways, but let me give you a hint: it is NEVER enough for some people!

I use 5 gallon buckets with lids for my various tones and they have been a game changer. I have metal cups in each of them. If I need a smaller amount I use the empty proven winners fertilizer buckets to scoop some out carry to my planting location. I even color coded the buckets… blue is Biotone, red is rosetone, green is plantone, yellow is bulbtone (think daffodil) 😊

As always a great recap. My friend and I had tickets to the PW direct show, only 100 were available. We traveled 230 miles to attend the show. The storm sounded horrific from our hotel room and nearly all streets were flooded. We were so disappointed. Nikki at PW Direct was so gracious about us not being able to attend even under the stress of dealing with the gardens under water! Hoping cleanup goes quickly and smoothly. We are looking forward to going next year❤

Oftentimes I have thought that I wished my husband would be more interested and invested in the garden with me… he’ll dig out whatever I ask and helps me with hard labor things but fairly hands off otherwise. Then I see how Aaron has his own opinion about things and the way he wants to do things instead of how you prefer and it makes me realize, hey maybe getting to do things exactly how I want is pretty cool! 🤣

OMGosh! I loved the pig footage and now I'm wondering if Bethany has an instagram page or something so I can see more footage, but do people seriously question you on whether or not you're actually giving food to her pigs!? Like, do people actually have the nerve to ask for proof? :( Sheesh, I wouldn't be surprised as I've read some pretty ridiculous things that people have complained about on here, and it's a good thing you both have tough skin and can just let things roll off (while probably rolling your eyes). Much love to you both. And I'm SO excited to see what Pedro is doing!!

I really love Highlights on Sundays. I listen like a pod and building trellis right now just listening. I so love Garden Answer! ❤️ In another video with a smaller garden channel, one person in the comment section, was really nasty against Laura and Garden Answer and said “there’s no way any ordinary gardener can do things like Laura do. It has become only for professionals and rich people “. The topic was ponds… And I answered “I totally disagree with you. I have got so much inspiration looking at small sections, or combinations, and plant similar plants but maybe three plants from each variety or one plant sometimes. And I grow from seeds or cuttings, so I have itty bitty plants, like now I’ve started 50 boxwoods. Or last year I got hold of ONE sweet potato vine ‘Raven’. I pampered it the whole winter, got thrips, took cuttings and put it in water and this summer I had over 10 plants. And my sweet potato vine flowers like crazy here in Sweden! So everything I do in my garden today is inspired by Laura in one or another way. ❤❤

I want to say one of the things I REALLY like about your videos is you guys don't do what my videographer husband used to call 'wobble cam'. You guys don't make me nauseous. Too many of the other videos out there look like a little kid filmed them (which is where the wobble cam name originated at our house) with too much side to side, up and down, and blurry photography - and it's hard to watch. You guys are blessedly free of that, so thank you VERY MUCH.

Yes, let's have more of Aaron as well! That doesn't mean less of Laura! I understand with the Christmas lights, it's different if you are by the street and people can drive on the street and see your front yard full of lights but the way your property is, you need to go onto the property to see the lights which is not so okay when you don't know the people driving in. Especially when you have kids that could be outside even though supervised, it's not a good feeling, it's a lot more vulnerable than if it was just the 2 of you, the bad apples ruined it for everyone else. Blessings ❤🤗

Laura, coming up with a Biotone starter fertilizer container is a great idea. No point in lugging around that huge bag ever time you plant. I started using a large cereal container with a lid and pour spout. Easy to handle and not as heavy as the bags. And my dog can’t eat it if I leave it out. He’s a lab and he’ll eat anything. So now it’s safe from all critters. Take care.

Laura & Aaron. It is very helpful to buy screw on lids to the 5 gallon buckets that have a pour spout. There are different types of pour type openings to choose from. It makes spreading products so much easier. Also, it stores the unused portions of products very well. Can get separate bucket w/pour openings for all the various products you use. I will also use a clear waterproof tape to put over & attach Product name and usage directions to the outside of the bucket. Small cost but great benefit. Especially when you have lost expensive product to accidental spills or weather. Even with product bags that have the "resealable closures" lol, they might reseal once or twice. But once a granular of something gets into the tread of the zip closure, they are more of a hindrance than a help. js... lol
