When he says his name in the beginning, he sounds like he’s reading a book to some children. I do like how he puts feelings into his lines when he yells though

Enomoto thought he could get away with what he did, also there needs to be a security camera to record interviews to prevent people like Enomoto to do whatever they wanted!

That idiot Enomoto doesn't only deserves to be fired, he should also be banned from any workplace and should be sued and be permanently in debt for harassing new employees.

It's extra rare treat for a direct reference to a previous episode to appear. But now I'm not sure which one he was referencing: the the one with the (Tora) sushi shop, or the one involving the green-haired wine dealer. I'm pretty sure it might be the latter.

It's actually OK to go to Wikipedia first, even when you're writing a PhD dissertation. The trick is that you look at the references that Wikipedia posts (a well-written article on Wikipedia will ALWAYS cite its sources), and then you check those sources, directly. Basically, you're using Wikipedia as a shortcut to finding sources, in the first place. Then, you do your due diligence, checking those sources. And while you're checking out those sources, you check THEIR references and the sources that THEY cite, and dive right down that rabbit hole. You can deep-dive and swim past multiple layers or citations and sources. However, you're still saving time, because all of them are, at the very least, marked for you as being connected to your own topic. It's much easier than just saying, "Here's my topic," and then heading to the library to find any sources available about it, because many may SEEM to be on topic, but they aren't really. But, by using the same sources that others have cited, they've already narrowed it down for you. Maybe you're using a source that is a good source, but you'd never find it, because it's on a completely different topic, and just happens to have that ONE PARAGRAPH about your own topic. But it's a REALLY GOOD paragraph. So, yeah, I say, "Use Wikipedia to start. Then, deep-dive into your own research from there." When I was a kid, we didn't have Wikipedia. But, I had some history books that had a lot of footnotes and citations, and I would use those footnotes and citations in a single article to drive my journey through my school library, looking for more sources. I got great grades, but spent half the time.

Before recordings became a thing, they used "witness statements." Get enough of those, and you don't need audio recordings. However, I think it's a good idea to record ALL interviews, if you can, just as a matter of course. That's what I would do, if I were running my own company. I would record every hiring interview, as a matter of course, and probably any other interviews of note. Certainly all disciplinary interviews. Just start off every single interview with "This interview may be recorded for quality and training purposes." And then, make it a standard procedure for someone to review random interviews, "for quality control and training purposes." That is, if there's ever a question about the quality of an interview, it gets reviewed. And people who will be promoted to positions where they need to perform interviews should be able to watch some interviews, as part of their training. And since you never know which interviews are actually recorded (in truth, they all are, but you don't have to say that), most people will think, "Eh, the odds of THIS one being recorded are small enough." That's when they get cocky.
