When I wrote this comment, it was not meant to put a negative connotation to what he is doing because I’ve been watching videos from YT from different channels and I only subscribe after viewing at least 5 or more and If I enjoy them, but this channel I decided to subscribe on the 2nd video because I want to support him. Let’s face it, popular You Tubers are among the top earners in this day and age of social media popularity. It is the job that most of us probably hope to have. While a lot of them benefit only themselves, this guy is doing community service in the process and it involves hard work mind you. He did not earn money just sitting down talking to the camera. And yes, I truly admire him for putting his skill and talent to a different level of business strategy. Come winter time he might not worry so much about where or when his next project will come. Peace to all!

I grew up on a farm in the Midwest during the 60’s and 70’s. We had had 6 or so tractors. One with a PTO we fitted with a snow plow in winter. My father used to go around to our non farming neighbors and plow out their driveways. He never would take any money, their gratitude was payment enough.

I know what you mean. It was common back home (Midwest) but when I moved here and mused out loud about maybe getting a pickup truck with a plow and doing that, my friends here said "cool, you could make some good $$ doing that." He does this for the content. He makes more money off these videos than he'd get paid for mowing that lawn. Nothing wrong with it ... but it's less about benevolence than you think. Again, nothing wrong with capitalism. I respect however he earns his money. There are other people who make these "free mowing" videos and they're quite honest about the purpose and how much they earn from the youtube views. They actually look for these types of properties for their youtube channel.

Whoever had this house before probably their kids don't want to have nothing to do with it so they just left it there and let it rot but now that with you mowing the grass this will give them more chance to go in there and say let's just bulldoze it down and get all over with and they can sell this property and like you said one day somebody's going to put a nice house there. You're thoughtfulness and giving of your time that community will really appreciate it cuz when you have one bad house sitting there abandoned like that and the grass is so tall it makes the rest of the neighborhood look trashy. You do an amazing job on these!!! What a transformation… I can only imagine how much more incredible it will look after a rain and the yellow and tan gets replaced with fresh green. Have you considered doing short return videos to show the beauty of new growth or to see if your efforts have ever inspired a community to continue and spread your goodwill?

it is sad that these homes that would be a dream come true for some families sit empty and end up like this. Wish their was a way to connect them like habitat but a remodel instead of rebuild. 💗 another great job!

Beautiful. Two of three sons made money doing neighbors yards in middle school and h s. I too, packed them cold foods and G waters, all survived the hard work. Obituaries never say died of hard work.

Have an odd question. I know this property is abandoned but have you ever cleaned up someone's yard and then the owner tells you they didn't want it cut? You do great work and I agree, it's NOT a boring channel. Love watching you.

TELL HIM TO START EARLY IN THE MORNING AROUND 6:00 OR 7:00 TO BEAT THE HEAT. THE EARLIER HE STARTS HE CAN GET DONE WITH YARD OR YARDS HE'S GOING TO BE CUTTING. STARTING AT 10:00 OR LATER IS WAY TO HOT 🔥🥵 TO BE STARTING. THE MONEY IS GOOD BUT IT'S HARD WORK.....TEL HIM TO SAVE SOME OF MONEY, START PRICING EQUIPMENT AND THEN HE CAN START HIS OWN LAWN CARE SERVICE. GOD BLESS N GOD SPEED TO YOU, YOUR SON AND YOUR FAMILY.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 OH YEAH TELL HIM TO BRING PLENTY OF COLD WATER, POWERADE AND GATORADE. I PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER OVER THEN PACK THEM UP IN THE MORNING FOR. I KNOW BECAUSE I CUT YARDS FOR A LIVING TOO.

He should start we’re the sun is going to hit first, this way he can go to the other side when the sun hits that spot. I am a 68 year old grandma and I still can use all these machines in my yard the only thing is I use a self propelled mower with the bag and of course the line trimmer and hedge cutter. If he does not put love into what he is doing like this young man he is not going to get paid well and his videos will not get many likes.
