I didn't understand how one word meant I got fired or I got a promotion or I got a job, please explain a little because it doesn't look logical

Verbs in Arabic are already conjugated for the respective pronoun, so the subject pronoun can be dropped, in this case "Ana" or I, just as in Spanish you can drop the pronoun as well. In addition some verbs are reflexive in nature, like twazzaf توظّف to be hired or get hired, versus to hire someone وظّف wazzaf. As a beginner, it won't seem natural to you. I would recommend having a look at my beginners basic videos to get you started and help you understand more about the language and sentence structure, such as self introduction, to have, to want, colors, basic vocab and expressions, etc. Hope this helps.

Madam, would you please explain for me the word عدم?
@spokenlevantinelebanesearabic

Of course. It's the lack of something ex: عدم وجود فرص عمل (the lack of job opportunties). In colloquial it can be said on it's own, as in "zero, nada". How's sales today?--> كيف البيع اليوم؟ Keef el-be' el-yom? عدم. Zero/nada 'Adam.

Why do you never pronounce the ق? Or very seldom

That's a feature of pronunciation in the Levante region. The ق is swapped for a glottal stop ء most of the time. It is vocalized but as a ء , so you might not hear it or spot it if you are a new learner. Example: qalb ❤️ = alb 🇱🇧
