Because Manila is on ECQ now, it's getting harder again to eat out. I tried to recreate my favorite dish from Max's and I think I came really close! Very easy rin ha. Check out how I did it in this video.

TOFU SISIG
Serves 2 people
Sisig Mixture
1 whole white onion (minced cut)
1 pc red bell pepper(minced cut)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp calamansi juice
220ml mayonaise (magic mayo)

550g tofu
1 cup cooking oil

4 tbsp Butter
1 pc chili fingers (sliced cut)
1. Create sisig mixture by combining these ingredients.
2. Pre-heat oil in pan. Deep fry the tofu cubes until golden brown.
3. Turn off the heat. Remove the tofu cubes from the pan. Drain the oil.
4. In a bowl, marinate the tofu with the sisig mixture.
5. Pre-heat pan. Add the butter. Melt til the pan is coated.
6.Sauté the tofu in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sliced shili fingers.
7.Turn off the heat.Serve hot!Best if you have sizzling plate. But a normal plate will do.
Best served with rice and Max's Chicken!!!
