In this example, we could see the green morph suit fight on the set and then Deadpool could step in frame like "what the shitballs is this?!" and start shouting for the director and telling the CGI people to do their job. The biggest issue I have with the Incredibles 2 action scenes is that the three major services (the drill at the beginning the Train scene and the Yacht scene) all boil down to "There's a thing moving too fast gotta slow it down before it crashes!" they're all very well done and gorgeous to look at but they're just a bit too repetitive in my opinion
@CreaperSiege

My problem with Incredibles 2 is that it's a carbon-copy of the first one without the deep, grounded themes, with a gender-swap, new supers with lazy designs, a villain whose actions don't make any sense, a forgettable score, cheap laughs, and a climax that takes itself too seriously. Solid movie, but mediocre sequel.

Plus, I thought the whole storyline with Elastagirl was very boring and predictable. The best moments were with the rest of the family. I just wish that they'd kept the whole family together rather than splitting them up because that is what makes the whole thing unique, the sweet/funny family moments were what made the first film so loveable.

My favorite part of Aquaman is how hes a meathead dipshit for many scenes in a row and then all the sudden hes a regular nick cage in national treasure all down with western history and able to solve that riddle like he grew 30 IQ points instantly. Then when asked how he knew all this shit he cites the fact that his alcholic daddy made sure he knew his history lmao. Know how we know Aquafams daddo was always drunk as hell? He didnt even question her or care about Atlanna or wtv the queenies name was being queen of the mermaids and living most of her life under water. He just bangs her and knocks her up ASAP. Lol its even more absurd this bitch washes up on the shore one day.. Queen of an ancient and advanced race of beings, and starts boning a fuckin drunk ass lighthouse keeper. What would that actually change about the movie venom was goofy as hell in the comics so much so they did film scenes that are R rated it just doesn't work i mean you could add more blood and head biting scenes but other than that the movie being R rated doesn't add anything plus why would they now when the movie made 800 million dollars so why change the rating
@animationstation1005
5 жыл бұрын
@@killua3325 I agree, Venom is silly in the comics. However, if they did give it an R rating, then they would be able to go into much darker storylines and arcs that can please the die-hard fans who have been waiting for years for Venom to come to the big screen. Also, if they did give it an R Rating, they could've made a great superhero movie w/ a few horror elements to give it more wide-spread appeal. Deadpool did it with an R Rating twice, Logan did it with an R Rating and got massive success from it, so why couldn't the dark anti-hero Venom?

In the Canon Marvel Universe, Earth-616: Captain America's shield is made of proto-Adamantium, an alloyed mixture of Adamantium and Vibranium, unique to Marvel Earth. Arguably one of the most indestructible items ever created by humanity. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Earth-199999: Captain America's shield is composed of a Vibranium-alloy with remarkable properties of durability and energy redirection. While it is not as indestructible as Captain America's Earth-616 version, it can take a strike from Mjolnir and survive. Vibranium is an extraterrestrial metal of unknown origin. There are two types of Vibranium: Wakandan Vibranium, which absorbs vibration and dispels kinetic energy Antartic Vibranium which disrupts metallic structures, including Adamantium and is known by another name: anti-metal Adamantium is a synthetically created metal alloy discovered in an effort to recreate Captain America's shield's uniquely indestructible nature. While the scientists were unable to recreate what was dubbed proto-adamantium, they did discover the next best thing, Adamantium, the most indestructible metal ever synthesized on Earth. Wolverine's claws are composed of Adamantium and able to cut through almost any known material. Proto-Adamantium This is the original Adamantium created by Dr. MacLain. Proto-Adamantium is the official name for the metal that makes up Captain America's Shield.[2] It has never been recreated and is the absolutely most indestructible item in all of existence. It has only ever been damaged or destroyed five times: by Doctor Doom with the powers he stole from the Beyonder[12], by Thanos with the power of the Infinity Gauntlet[13], by Molecule Man and his total control over matter[14], by Thor wielding the Odin-Force [15]and by the Serpent after augmenting his strength with the fear of people from all over the world.[16] True Adamantium Also known as Primary Adamantium, this is an attempt at the recreation of Proto-Adamantium. This is the Adamantium present in Wolverine. It is nearly as strong/durable, but unlike Proto-Adamantium, Primary Adamantium is possible to be reproduced. Only beings with godlike powers (such as Rune King Thor) or with strong magnetic powers (like Magneto)[17] can manipulate Primary Adamantium. Otherwise, it is completely indestructible to all forms of attack. Being this strong, it is very rare and expensive to create/manipulate and is top secret in the US government, though it has shared it with some of their "allies". Once liquid Adamantium cools and hardens, it can never be manipulated again,[1] although it can be destroyed by Antarctic Vibranium, which dissolves all metals. Secondary Adamantium This is much easier to work with, making it much more cost effective though at the expense of its strength. Secondary Adamantium also called Adamantium Steel, was created retroactively after too many instances of the supposedly-unbreakable metal Adamantium getting broken were written. Someone with considerable superhuman strength, such as Thor, can break it or warp it by fully exerting their strength.[11] Adamantium Beta Wolverine's skeleton was originally reinforced with True Adamantium. His mutant Healing Factor not only allowed him to survive the process, but it also induced a molecular change in the metal.[2] Adamantium Beta functions like True Adamantium but does not inhibit the biological processes of bone.[2] This fact only became apparent after Magneto forcibly extracted the Adamantium from Wolverine's skeleton.[18] On occasions where Wolverine lost his mutant regeneration ability, he was gradually poisoned by the Adamantium each time. marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Adamantium

2:28 - It's funny how this movie removes the one thing that made Venom an interesting character, which was the symbiote's role as an allegory for drug abuse and abusive relationships, as well as Eddie's attempt to avoid responsibility for the failings of his life by blaming Spiderman for all his problems. Had the movie actually explored these like the comics, Venom could be more than just an edgier clone of Spiderman like those other villains. But Spiderman isn't in this movie, meaning this movie can't portray the traits that made people like Venom as a character in the first place.

That doesn't mean that he truly believes that it is, just that it appeared to him that way. And I think that this is 100% understandable. Watching the movie, you don't have to dig at all to find true greatness in its innovative animation, art direction, well structured plot and pacing and its overall feel. Please try to listen to what people are actually saying in the future, it's a good habit.

That was my biggest disappointment when the movie started (I hadn't seen any trailers for the movie beforehand). Helen (Mrs. Incredible) already established in the first movie that she can trust her kids, and Jack Jack has powers, and we already implied at the end that the Incredibles could easily defeat the Underminer with their new ability to work together and save the city again. For fourteen years, we moved on with our lives and see ourselves grow and overcome difficulties in our lives. So maybe now we can see what their lives are like after the city witnesses the defeat of Syndrome and the Underminer, and how Bob redeems himself from the disaster that he faced from the press following the banning of superheroes, right? But what does the Incredibles 2 do? It picks up directly after the first movie, and immediately, everything goes wrong during the fight with the Underminer, and the government and public hates the Incredibles again. And now, Bob has to prove himself again that he can be trusted by Helen. And now the heroes have to prove themselves to the public that they are good for society. So why was everything just swept away from the first movie? Why couldn't we see the characters age in maturity like we have? Why does every character, like Dash and Violet, have to go through the same conflicts that they overcame in the first movie, which the sequel takes place immediately after? For example, Violet overcame her self-consciousness and shyness and was able to ask Tony to the movies in the first movie, so why was everything that was implied to us in the first movie just swept away with "Tony saw Violet without her mask and now we have to make Violet overcome the same thing again"? That's just my thoughts. Maybe I got something wrong. Either way, I want to hear what you guys think.

Funny how Hollywood forces British actors to use American accents, even when they aren't playing specifically American characters. Finn from the new Star Wars is a good example. We only do that when an actor is specifically playing a British character, otherwise we let them use their normal American accent (This applies to not just British and American)

The movie was, by no means, bad. Hell, Killmonger could be considered one of my favorite MCU villains because of Michael B. Jordan’s energy, charisma, and sendoff. That being said, problems with the movie do exist. Some of the supporting cast seemed meh and pointless, the effects weren’t that great, and this had some of the least interesting fight scenes in the entire MCU. I can see why someone would like it, but it’s still flawed and there is room to criticize it.
