Great video as always Mpumi, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I think that we should take the CV application stage as a way for one to get their foot in the door (and then you get an opportunity to shine with the intangibles like your charisma, character and fit for the particular role). So these days the foxus is not really on your previous work experience, but more on your skills. I love the content!!!!

Thank you so much. I love this contribution. You know what my fear is? That one might not even get a foot in the door because of stacks and stacks of CVs that offer “the same thing” essentially. Who you truly are may not shine through at first glance or by simply looking at the CV. So if there a way to stand out that supplements what’s on paper, I’ll advocate for it all day.
