@@mubeenamir it's pretty easy to make. The device itself is extremely easy, the connection with the app can be done with an ESP32. @@nehamaw I have ADHD and my mom worked in the mental health field (for the Canadian government and CPS)... I say this because people tend to brush me off. You're right about ADHD affects attention management but it is caused by a dopamine deficit. We produce less dopamine and require more stimulus to do so, making it more difficult to focus on one thing. I take Adderall which produces more dopamine, and thus I require less outside stimulus. Stimulus is more effective when it's something you like btw

I want that vibrating bracelet. That would help me so much with my severe anxiety and my nausea and headaches. I shall see about this. I need to see if I can get it for my birthday next month. I would legit use it so much. As a person with ADHD/Autism/Anxiety/health stuff this would be so helpful. I would be able to use it in the car to not feel like I’m about to return my food to the earth. And use it to ride the bus when going outside to meet friends and not feel like I wanna cry. This in combination with some good music or a podcast would have me like SO HELLA ZEN. Is it waterproof? Can it be wet at all? I wonder if I can wear it while I wash my dishes. Or maybe wear it higher up the arm? Hmm. Is there such a vibrating product that can be used on the head? Like a headband version? I wonder if there is like. Gentle sleep vibrations or something. Something that’s like. Almost like head tingles but the good kind. Not the kind from like ASMR bc for me ASMR makes my skin crawl. Like it feels like a thousand ants all over me and it makes me wanna yell and puke. ASRM legit makes me so upset and angry. Like nails on a chalk board or someone sweeping a carpet. Or scraping bricks together. Yuck!
