RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower 500gr.
1 clove of garlic
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. Salt.
Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.
1 egg. Milk 120 ml.
Salt. Black pepper. Paprika.
Flour 130 g.
Mix well.
Parsley.
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic.
Drain the water.
Sunflower seed oil 300 ml.
Fry until golden brown, 5 minutes.
It doesn't absorb much oil!
Garlic sauce.
2 cloves of garlic.
Yogurt/sour cream 100 gr.
Mayonnaise 50g.
Ketchup 50g.
Mix well.
