One of early through I was introduced to reggae in the early 80s (prior to this period I had only jimmy Cliff & Bob Marley in my notebook). What a spiritually engaging artist Ijahman is!! A true legend!!

I discovered him in 1978 and almost lost my mind with the Haile Hymn.Album. I have been a major fan since then. But I Do with him and his wife . Was the epitome for me. He was sooo handsome.then. But we all have to get old. I wish i could find a poster or something with his picture then. I have been searching everywhere to add to my Bob Marley stuff

His life was later exaggerated by writers. So, Rastafari has also chosen to glorify and exalt Haile Selassie as their savior the same way Christians have done with the very human Jesus. The solution is just to respect any other person's religion and spirituality. Learn to co-exist with other people of different religious or political creed from yours and the world will be a safer place for everyone.
