Recipe and preparation:
Halve 2 chicken fillets and beat them.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Finely chop 1 onion and 1 carrot and fry.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic.
Place a piece of cream cheese, vegetable filling and some spring onion on the meat.
Wrap a roll that is not too large.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Add 150g mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
Do not add a little dill.
