Actually I am working in night shift and because of that I think my health is going down day by day and also I am gaining weight I shifted Kolkata approx 1 year and I have seen some drastic change in myself I am losing my hair gaining weight not good mental condition many more please suggest which kind of food I should have and what are the timing because I work in night shift my shift starts from 6 o'clock pm to 4:30 am please help if you can thank you😊

Early in the morning - Breakfast - seasonal fruit after 30 min......soaked 5 almond,walnut groundnut, date,moong sprout and methi sprout. Lunch - kala chana,lauki kofta ,raita,salad,foxtale millet rice. Evening snack - chia seed coconut water. Dinner - moong chilka khichdi pongal with groundnut chutny

For women over 40, only diet control doesn't help much in sustained weight loss. Also such rapid weight loss is difficult in this age group because the serious hormonal imbalance experienced during the 40s and early 50s is counterproductive to regular weight loss efforts. Unless a good amount of exercise and strength training is added each day in addition to low carb, low sugar diet over several months, the scales don't move much for the above 40 age group.

Chia seed is definitely a good option for not just even snack but also as a morning snack. I consume it before workout and feel really active after it. Also after I have started using chia seeds my weight has reduced 3kg in 15 days with same amount of workout and diet.

sorry to say, but you need to do a little change in your breakfast. You should have nuts first and after that fruits as fructose present in fruits can give sugar spikes in due course of time to many.

Guys , don’t complicate with 15 different things to eat in a day. Just eat one meal a day in the evening and just drink different kind of fluids the whole day .

If u will eat likes this the whole day,no matter healthy food, then u will never loose weight, to loose weight u have to cut short ur eating window to 8-10 hours + work out, so that ur digestive system gets ample time to digest what u eat. And keep meals very simple, like in bfast only fruyiitts + dryy fruits, lunch anything less in carbs, and soup or simple salads in dinner by 6pm. Eating simple will help not eating fancy. Think, if u will consume the whole day in preparation of fancy dishes the whole day just for u then when will u work-out, as surely u havee. To take care of uur families too. Above all if u r working then .......so eat simple witth least cooking time. I am saying all this by my personal experience.

I put Panchforan (Nigella,Cumin,Fennel,Radhuni,Fenugreek) for tadka in that moongdal khichda with green chillies salt and turmeric. It tastes heaven.

It makes me feel so light, refreshed, full of energy and I'm loving it. The meal i often falter in is the dinner. I eat clean for bf n lunch but after dinner, i eat some junk at times (2 to 3 days out of 7 days may be). Working on it and hope l'll overcome it soon :)

Nice video however some amount whole carbs are needed for breakfast. Especially for those who do heavy to light workouts in the mornings and then go to work, the breakfast shown here will not work, also people who are on medication it will not help. Instead it will surely make them hungry. And there's every chance of binge eating between breakfast and lunch. It's can be true even for people who might not do any morning workouts too. Sitting idle at home after breakfast and someone else would cook the meals for rest of the day for them this breakfast shown in this video might help. Otherwise rest of the meal plan is simple and less fuzzy. Whole carbs are essential for day to day activities

It is simple to make these dishes which takes 2.5-3 hours a day or more depending on the cooking skills, utensils, resources, time and energy..but it is not so simple to repeat this daily coz obv. life and eating the same thing every day is hell cause life needs variety baby and cooking a variety of dishes needs mastery at least a little bit..but thank you for inspiring us to cook simple, whole, real homemade dishes that are both nourishing for your body and satisfying for the belly 🤩

@aushka if you want to lose weight then you will have to put extra effort. Anita has just given suggestion. You can do whatever is possible. Something is better than nothing, isn't it ? There are lot of aurvedic centers where they curb hunger by giving some roots etc, I dont know its effectiveness.. but better than such things, change the diet and whatever weight loss you can do, you do. It might take longer time but the best way possible. All the best
