My favorite story ever is back when Led Zeppelin first formed during their Denmark tour, their album cover of the falling zeppelin had angered the hinderburg family, apparently the daughter or heiress actually met the band and liked them until she saw their album cover and heard their music live, according to peter grant and jimmy page before she stormed off the last thing she called them were dickheads. So to avoid lawsuit they changed their name during that tour to The Nobs. lmao That's why so many led zeppelin bootlegs are listen under The Nobs on youtube. :) Nice Knob Bro.

@@SpedSpedding There’s also a story about a musician asking Jimmy when he was in Canada with The Yardbirds did he have any ideas for a band name for a band that were gonna tour So Jimmy said “ Why don’t you call yourselves The Wankers?” So they go along and tour Canada for six months or so under the name The Wankers having no idea what it meant Years later when Page was in Canada with the Zeppelin this fella tried to catch up with Jimmy to settle the score but failed to do so So funny but also a true story 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hi Sped. Your channel is refreshing. You’re a great player, but I like videos like this one too. Only another guitar geek can appreciate why you wanted the “right” knobs. I purchased a used Flying V and it came with a gig bag. I paid $187 for a used original Gibson Flying V HSC. It was worth it to me, not to my wife (which is why to this day she knows absolutely nothing about it). Anyway, I enjoy your guitar playing, your opinions on various topics, and the very calm demeanor you have when teaching. Thank you for everything.

Good video. I’m not a fan of artificial guitar ageing. When I want my guitars to look older than they are and show signs of damage I just go to work and my Mrs rams the hoover in to the side of them creating a nice authentic bevelled relic look. She also multi-tasks and stands on my unbreakable cable why she is doing it, to see if it’s as tough as they say. You need to get Gabs to raise her game Sped!!
