Amy, you're always enthusiastic & positive in your videos but I've never seen you so brimming with enthusiasm as in this one!! You're just storming!! 😎 Going from strength to strength! I'm watching this vid again & again - not only to understand the whole process fully but to absorb & embrace your huge enthusiasm as motivation!! Plus it seems to build on one of my favourite vids of yours, the Massive Action Plan. Love it!! Nice one! 👏👏👍

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZitem channel 10 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,894 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@mommybreakdown Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZitem channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZitemr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this KZitem thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

@joanarc7963haha. If it makes you feel better, I loathe cooking (which is something I wish I enjoyed). I saw a tiktok yesterday where the mom was joking that her food was “not made with love” and I could totally relate. 😆

I'm still trying to get clear on what my goals are (so many possibilities!) and what you said at the very end was the most helpful thing ... I could make a plan for several potential goals, then see which ones I feel most passionate about taking action on for the next 12 weeks.

I like how simple it is. I’ve found that quarterly planning is where it’s at for me. A year is way too nebulous. A quarter is just right for me to plan ahead but not over plan. Over plan = overwhelm for me 😅

Amy, ask a friend to give you a freezer shower. Each person brings a dish to the party that can be put in your freezer for the days after baby comes and it allows you to NOT have to cook.

Well done, thanks for sharing this concept and book reference! I’m feeling re-inspired with a new mindset about EVERYTHING I’ve always done each year just because I didn’t think of an alternative to the “yearly beat.” So helpful. Also, you’ve elevated your paper game! And your hair looks SO nice, I miss having those hormones when I was pregnant 😅❤

Hi I love your quarterly planning but to me they are 52 weeks in a month and 12 months in a year. This is how I do my physical quarter plan. Going by days and time is 2 overwhelming. Q1- is January 1st and ends March 31st Q2-is April 1st and ends June 30th Q3-is July 1st and ends September 30th This is how I do my quarters it's more easier

10:13 I'm confused. Just because a Notion template talks about quarters (12 weeks=1 quarter), why can't it work for the 12-week year? 💖🌞🌵😷
@AmyTV
8 ай бұрын
Because the concept of a 12 week year is to rethink the year altogether. It mostly discourages quarterly thinking. It’s just a mindset issue more than anything.
