I know nobody likes working lower body, but Kardell, you need to work on your squats. You need to get those thighs stronger. That will help your balance and push and quickness off the ball. And you will need all 3 to start in the SEC.

It would be nice to see or hear about this guy doing a squat workout. I’m not saying that he doesn’t but I’ve only been seeing him do bench press, bicep curls and short sprints. All are ok but when you are a lineman, you better have established a good relationship with squats and power cleans. He should want to be able to squat 405 at least twice.

I’m saying that he should at least be able to squat 405 twice. Yes, it would be nice if he could do more but looking at his build, he looks top heavy with small legs. So whatever he can squat he also has to account for his own body weight. Either way, he need to get serious about his leg strength

I know dude prolly got a scholarship to LSU but he sucks at working out. Injury waiting to happen. Bouncing weight on chest, swinging weights for curls, and shouldering the upper incline chest machine. Better learn up if he wants to stay healthy.
