INGREDIENTS🍴 (for 8 simits):
flour (wheat) - 500 g;
salt - 2 tsp;
sugar - 1 tbsp;
warm water - 275 ml;
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. + 1 tbsp.;
yeast - 1.5 tsp;
sesame seeds - 150 g;
pecmez - 2 tbsp. (you can use honey);
water - 6 tbsp
🔸 Pre-fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
🔸 Pekmez can be replaced with honey.
🔸 Use Pekmez / honey and water in a ratio of 1: 3.
🔸 Bake in the preheated oven for 18 min at 190 °C (374 ° F).
