Awesome! A lot of people may not know this, but Michael Romeo writes 100% of the most badass Michael Romeo riffs. If you've heard the guy play you realize the gravity of that real quick!

If the sound is what puts that smile on your face and you go damnnnnn then doesn't matter. That's why there's so many options to make these signal chains to mix and match and make the most preset. The mind is the limit for creations now 🤘🔥🔥🤘 thanks for sharing you're amazing story with us and another awesome video viewer comments segment

Michael Romeo is awesome! My band was lucky enough to get a call from the local venue promoter and we were able to fill a slot after Nevermore broke up right before their tour with Symphony X. Got to share the stage with one of my favorite artists of all time. Michael came out and watched our sound check and they checked out the performance! Class acts ❤.

I got so caught up in your story about Symphony X that I almost forgot about my question, haha! Symphony X is awesome, really cool story! :D Thank you for the comparison between Leviathan and JP2C. The Leviathan does sound a lot more mid heavy, which isn't strange since it's based on Marshall. Was hoping they were closer since Mesa amps in Europe are just.. insanely priced. JP2C is almost $6000... No deals in sight either since Mesa just returned after 3 year hiatus from Europe so I'm shit out of luck XD And buying Mesa in Europe is kind of risky also since there's no amp techs here that will touch them and Mesa support is in the US... Anyway, cheers for the comparison! :)

It was totally my pleasure, actually, the Leviathan is his take on the Bogner Uberschall. He tweaked it for his own taste but that was his Muse for that amplifier anyways. In my opinion it sounds much better than the Bogner

Great taste in music; those guys are awesome! Michael Romeo is a beast of a player and Russell Allen is an amazing singer (love his work with Adrenaline Mob too). Great that you had an opportunity to do that with them Jarrod! I wish I would have went to that one as I'm close right in Livonia.

@@TONEWARSgearshow For sure, love the Allen Lande stuff! My first exposure to him was Adrenaline Mob, then I followed the trail to Symphony X, Allen Lande and TSO. He has to be one of my favorite vocalists and from what you experienced, he sounds like an awesome person too!

What a cool story and experience with the band. And speaking of boost Karen's I've been playing with the Tonex boost pedal pack and holy crap it's awesome. I'm having a hard time deciding on my favorite because they all sound awesome but sculp the tone in a unique and usable way.

My mt 15 crackled and made a horrible hum if I used the effects loop. The crackling was so present while I was playing. It really bugged me so I sold it . I’m a huge mark tremonti and alter bridge fan so that was a huge disappointment
