Voice and dialect coach here. I’d say you’re retroflexing your R with a bit more effort than necessary. Retroflex is when the tongue curls over itself and approximates to the palate. Not the biggest fan of it myself. Sounds like too much saliva in the mouth.

Trixie, please don't start messing with your hormones. I'f you're that horny I can almost guarantee you don't have a problem. The reason why you see so many amazing transformations of guys who start testosterone replacement therapy is because the clinics prescribing them are completely unethical and highly predatory. They'll happily give men really high doses of testosterone, which certainly changes your body but comes with similar health risks as regular steroid abuse. Also a lot of guys on TRT will do steroid cycles alongside their prescribed hormones. There's no such thing as a free lunch, messing with this stuff will always come back to bite you. If you think you have a problem go to a licensed endocrinologist.

As someone who wanted to do camming for years, researched lighting and cameras and platforms, I thought people wanting to fuck me irl was enough to try it and do well. This was years ago now, and I learned a hard lesson that I think a lot of people looking to get into it or who see a video of someone very successful don't really get. BITCH! I lasted about a year, I took it seriously and tried. I think people really really don't get how much skill, charisma, and fucking WORK go into sex work Especially solo, cam work. You need to be creative and understand cinematography and character development to a huge degree. Seduction and being sexy on camera, costuming, is talent and a lot of work. You may be able to fuck well irl but you need to know how to create desire without having another person to bounce off of

Linguist here! The reason the "crispy R" sounds like that only after a "Cr-" or "Kr-" is because the sounds are getting pulled back together from the velum to the uvula and pronounced slightly deeper in the mouth. This is triggered by the K or C. And is more of a person to person thing, rather than a regional dialect thing
