Basically everyone knows the rump tail, which has many names.
In the roasts that my father used tomake for the family, the rump tail always weighed around 1 kg - which is its standard weight - but he always wanted it to be bigger. It was then, at the butcher's counter, that he createdhis TOUCH ON THE RUMP TAIL. A cut for him to roast the way he wanted, bigger! Soon he started offering to customers and it was a great success.
So this is a cut that takes me to the taste of many roasts from my childhood. I'm sure you will like it very much.
