@@KaraandNate When you cramp up, try ingesting a few grains of Himalayan Pink Salt, crunching it in your mouth. Amazingly it takes away my cramps almost instantly. This salt can be found at 99 Cent Only stores. I think cramps can occur when trace minerals and salt sweat out of your body when physically exerting your body. This type of salt QUICKLY replenishes the minerals and salt.

Fun fact, at 10,000 feet elevation there is 29% less oxygen in the air than at sea level, and at 13,500 feet there is 38% less. Also air particulate matter from smoke pollution is fine enough it is actually absorbed directly into the blood stream further reducing cardio efficiency, this was not an easy race.

What's in it for the donkey? Yes, that's a rhetorical question. It will never cease to amaze me how human beings can find ways to exploit animals. They saved these donkeys on one hand, and found a way to exploit them with the other. Perhaps they don't want to run, in the hot sun, on pavement or dirt roads. For the sake of what exactly ?? Stupidities.
