@@Iskandermeldebekov The key to be present in the moment is to learn to catch your brain every time it starts to go in a different direction from the present moment and purposely prevent it. This must be practiced. I try to do it when I am with my kids BUT if something is bothers me too much - I can't be in the present ...

@@andreydoichinov1683 Yes, to be honest, I rarely think about it. a lot of thoughts about the future, different planning) but I try to stop myself when I see that I’m starting to think negatively

yes it works well. when I notice that I am starting to be afraid or angry, if this emotion has not completely consumed me, then I begin to consciously think about something else @@andreydoichinov1683
