Andrews evolution via worth it is awesome. I dont know if he was a foodie before but I love seeing that he likes to elevate his culinary ambitions. I have had grilled cheese pulled pork sandwiches wrapped in this same way and its the best thing ever. Just right burnt cheese and even the best slightly burnt pepperoni is the best flavors imo

The cheese crust is my favorite part of everything I make with cheese. I purposely do this with grilled cheeses, quesadillas, omlettes and etc so that I get the cheese crust. LOL. Sometimes I just make a cheese crust and call them cheese chips and eat them because I am cheap and basic. and just like toasted/burned cheese. LOL.

In post-pandemic world, I 10/10 recommend going to Cheddar Gorge, England!!! You’ll learn all about the cheddaring process and even get to watch them do it. It’s the best! I’m from US! But happened to go there one time!

You know I love how simple these are but they're just good, I really like how he's out there doing something that can bring him fulfillment and a way to live his lifestyle and bring something like a good meal to people. I feel like that is personally a great spot. I hope he continues to do well. I wish I was closer to LA to try these foods but I'm sadly a half days drive so its a bit far for me if it was like 3 hours maybe
