So I'm not nearly as good as you, but my god did this help me. I'm 31 and have built up 1 real estate property, 3 retail stores, 2 gas stations, and practice day trading in the morning (I'm still shit but I want to eventually leverage my corporate capital). I've been getting so damn overwhelmed. I shit you not Codie I've watched this video about 7 times, and I'm about to go again because I need to write those notes down because it will declutter my life so much once I master all the information put in here. But god damn it's not easy. There's a chance I'm about to be a franchisor soon because of someone's interest so that's another thing I have no clue about! Anyway thank you very much for this video, super super helpful! I especially loved the think sacrifices, not goals.

To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough. I've been quite unsure about investing in this current market and at the same time I feel it's the best time to get started on the market, what are your thoughts?
@bob.weaver72

Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a guy that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.

The value you share is addicting and refreshing Codie. I am so grateful you are present here on KZitem. As an artist who is working towards so many overwhelming goals--you have articulated practical steps, principles and mindset gems to achieve the best for myself. From lessons in business, finance, mindset and growth overall--you are one of a kind and I've looked through a ton of content from folks who profess to help--yet you actually do help by communicating in a way a common human being can comprehend. I wish you the best in your mission and journey. Thank you Codie for existing. ♡ much love

I have been a life insurance agent for years, Ethos is ok but there’s much better out there that doesn’t waste your money if you outlive your policy. The reality is that your policy with Ethos WILL EXPIRE if you don’t die in 20/30 years. Put your money into a life insurance policy that will give you returns and have critical illness in case you get Ill or end up in a cancer situation. If you need help, I can make the process really simple. That way your family has a PERSON to reach out to when you pass away and not a 1-800 number for hours while they are grieving over your death. Thank you for your videos.
