It's unfortunate but the algorithm basically assesses if the video has broad appeal (pun not intended), and if so it'll throw the video at everyone and their Mum. But if the topic is a bit niche, or has less clicks it doesn't bother. It's a constant battle these days! That's why everyone has to resort to twatty clickbait titles/topics and thumbnails.

Natsuki's Sauna Finland was very heartwarming momento! Hokkaido seems so similar with Lapland of Finland. But congrats for whole team with Winter spirit and endurance! Cold weather requires its own mentality.

Ok, couldn't stop myself from waiting for the full journey to be uploaded. Also can't shake the feeling that Chris is trying to complete a map of sorts. First he wants to visit everything, now he wants to get all the most extreme cardinal directions. It's like a game of Risk and Chris pulled some very specific goals to win.

I live in Obihiro and have ridden the dog sled and been to Tomamu's ice village. Thank you for showcasing central Hokkaido and it's wonderful things here. I would suggest coming in summer as everything starts to grow. Nature here understands it's time for spring and summer are lessened so it grows like it's on steroids! Also it's and its a wonderful season for adventure outings like canoeing, zip-lines and camping! You have endless content for videos in the summer.

I know this might seem amazing to anyone else but since I’m Swede and we have world’s first ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi (since 1989) and most of our neighbors (such as Norway and Finland) has since then set up similar hotels… Well, to us its just a thing here so I’m not really surprised by anything they showed me in this video. They even have the original inhabitants (similar to the Sami) though ours have sleds drawn by reindeers. It’s fun to see other people react to it though!

That was probably the coolest intro to a video I've ever seen on this platform, and I have dedicated a shameful amount of time on KZitem for the last 8 years. I really like snow, possibly because I've never seen any myself, so this was a treat to watch (not like your other videos aren't Chris).
