You're only 16 (which so happens to be when I started too) so my biggest advice is focus on being consistent, take your time learning about fitness, workout habits, nutrition, etc, and most importantly have a longterm time horizon. he's short, its a fact, but it is what it is, that doesn't mean it has to be a negative thing, he can use that as a positive cause a lot of decorated bodybuilders are on the shorter end.

In the pre you measured your left biceps, but the post you measured the right biceps. I doubt it matters what meat protein you eat. I don't know if this also applies to plant protein such as beans and legumes, because they are not as bio-available.

Hey man if you do the reaserch agriculture does more damage to the environment then farming land animals. Actually land animals are vital for top soil. And if you look at all the desert areas that were once lush greens before agriculture like the areas around Egypt. You can see the damage prioritizing plant farming over animal is. Buy beef. Your saving the environment by supporting good and respected farmers and butchers.

this guy seems pretty down to earth but some reason continues to promote garbage products such as these protein supplements which if you actually look at the label are full of garbage like additives, flavours and colours. Stay away from these. I don't get why someone who is supposed to be promoting health and fitness and clearly has a good understanding of nutrition is promoting such garbage products. Yeah because of the money, which makes this guy not very genuine. Don't buy these garbage proteins. Opt for actual real sources of protein and if you are having a protein powder get an unflavoured organic protein powder. Pea and brown rice protein is absolutely good enough for gains. I'm 6ft 1, 210 pounds, 10% body fat, absolutely jacked and my protein powder that I take twice a day and have been for the past 4 years is an organic pea and brown rice mix. These "influencers" are just selling you garbage because they're being paid to. It's fake.
