Dude!!!! There is no food sensitivity test that is accurate! I am 66 years old and have terrible horrific allergies. The only way I finally accurately found out what bothers me was to go to rumanant meat for 90 days, salt and water. Went off of ALL prescription meds. This is the elimination diet. Then I introduced ONE simple food item at a time and paid very close attention to my body. I found out I was very reactive to many items that I had no idea I was sensitive to. Today I am OFF all prescription meds and I can be around smokers and cats without having a huge asthma attack. I NEVER thought I could ever be off of all the inhalants, antihistamines, corticoids, antibiotics etc. Virtually all of my serious health diagnoses have disappeared or improved 95%. The high meat and animal fat intake is super satiating. It took me a few weeks to adjust to the very low carb intake. I was so addicted to the sugers. I am very aware of the many food additives that are in our foods that often are not listed. Hence, I now avoid anything processed in any way. My life was miserable before I went to 95% Carnivore. I do eat a few vegetables once a month that dont cause a flare up like brussel sprouts, sushi, or blueberries. My life used to focus around always knowing where the bathroom was due to ulceritis colitis. I had psoriatic arthritis, hemorrhagic bladder infections, malignant otitus externa, IBS, chronic asthma, rashes, eye infections, upper respiratory infections, bouts of terrible muscle pain. Doctors never once suggested that I change my diet.

I was told by a hospital dietitian that the best approach would be to implement an elimination diet. That said - avoiding UPF is a great start.

Great video Steve! Considering it myself as I think I might have an intolerance to onions but I’m scared of what else the results may show. Can I ask where you got your couch? Been looking for one exactly like that

Deal with many of the same issues. IBS is truly evil. Well worth eating well, sadly costs are crazy for food. Sacrifices suck.

Did the same because I found out I carry the gene for celiac. Results say I have a sensitivity in all dairy (mostly cow milk products) eggs which I eat daily and gluten products. Allergist suggested to stop gluten consumptio and minimise the rest. I ll try to stay away from gluten but the test results were presented with spell errors . The fox site looks really budget and there is no info about anything. My highest values for food sensitivity were 48 and I had 4-5 more that went above 40. I ve watched numerous videos about how this test companies cant link their test results with actuall benefits in people. Many doctors have said that these results in my test are just exposure to foods recently and are not worth eliminating eggs from ones diet.
