No point of learning polish if you are older than 3. Pointles, that language is made up of exceptions. Zero rules. Give up immediately. Do not try. There are 28 forms of saying "go". Give up.. That is our own code to communicate you are not allowed.

In Polish, when we say "dzień dobry" we don't distinguish if it's a morning or afternoon, it's always the same phrase. 'Good evening' is "dobry wieczór" and 'good night' is "dobranoc". Also, here's a quick side note: we don't say "dobranoc" to greet someone, it's only used to say 'good night' when we leave. Or actually, just to wish someone a good night, but in that case it usually sounds like "dobrej nocy".

It was around the end of September last year when you said something like this:"Give me a year and you will have a full episode in Polish". I was laughing that I'm gonna remember this one, because it was close to my birthday. Now I have to say: for me, you did it :) No wonder why, Mr. Musician, but you have perfectly natural pronunciation of most of the words :) When you played with the word jabłko it was so funny, because you actually used the correct form and then another one( slightly different accent), that you may hear sometimes when someone is making fun of the words, how they sound. I would say, luckily you will have no choice but speak Polish ;) No worries, one day it will be very hard to tell if you are from Gdańsk or Katowice. Good luck!
