1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup milk
1/2 banana
1 tsp acv
pinch of baking powder
pinch of salt
vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey (optional)
peanut satay sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp honey/maple syrup
paprika
chilli (inspired by run2food):
2 cups chopped mushrooms
2 cups boiled beans
1 cup uncooked red lentils
1 cup corn
1 red bell pepper
3 tomato
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp cocoa powder
oregano
salt
pepper
1 onion
