Fairy tail, to some it means princes and princesses, to us anime nerds it means the strongest wizard guild in all of fiore.
The guild is filled with a vast amount of different types of wizards. But the one who stands out the most is natsu dragneel
Natsu is a dragon slayer, he wield fire magic and can even eat flames as a power source, talk about spicy
Along with his immense magic power natsu is incredibly lean and strong
We never see natsu training with weights so a calisthenics workout fits perfectly for him, he’s always travelling all around the world going on different quests that he needs to be able to do his training anywhere

To start we’re doing 3 sets of 25 decline push ups
Followed by 3 sets of 20 air squats
Moving on to 3 sets of 15 dips
3 sets of 12 lunges
And 3 sets of 10 pull ups
For some core work
3 sets of 20 sit ups
3 sets of 20 hanging leg raises
And lastly 3 sets of 30 second hollow holds
This would can be done absolutely anywhere, at a park, or your house with some modifications on the hanging/ pull up parts
His diet routine is pretty straight forward, we see him eat a lot of fish, chicken, rice, ramen and pizza… and fire.
Overall his diet and training routine is extremely straight forward, I’d recommend it to everyone just starting out with training 12-17 year olds. This will build an extremely solid foundation for you without any risk of injury.
