Thank you 😊. I usually grind flaxseed but I’m kinda travelling at the moment and don’t have my blender with me 🙈. Never tried to grind chia seeds though, I’ll try it next chance I get 🙂

Cool, that you’ve seen him life 😀 Chia seeds are fine non ground I think. Most places in Europe sell already ground flaxseeds actually, I’m on the countryside in Spain right now though and I’m skipping the flaxseeds as I couldn’t find any 😬. It’s been a while that I was in Indonesia, you might want to bring a bag of ground flaxseed with chia seeds with you to be safe. I don’t know if they have it in Denmark but earlier this year I was in the UK and there I found a great breakfast topping mix with ground flaxseed, chia seed, and goji berries. I think you can bring food to Indonesia right? Just remember that you can’t bring any to NZ and Australia

Flax seeds ; buy whole. Grind only what you need. Whole flax seeds aren't digested and excreted.

Yes, there are many different options of vitamin B12 you can choose. You might even have enough with enriched food, for example some soy milks or yoghurts contain B12.

I cut out pasta, potatoes, and white rice as well. Just watched a video on parasites in fish, so going to do more research on that - but it is the only 'meat' besides birds for me.

@@veganderlust My Body has intelligence about my DNA. I listen to it to stay healthy. 'FOR ME' were the two key words. Native, European, African, Asian, are all different body types and a tad different even within their own pools. I just explained most of my diet IS plant and grain. 😁 BTW, are you really telling a 60-year-old highly intelligent woman to quit thinking for herself and listen to a man who knows more than she about her own body? NEVER have I heard from this western culture 'Good on You' for taking care of yourself. Check yourself.
