Love the chill vibes in the video. Just a small piece of advice in the narration sections, take your time and pace yourself. When you are speaking to the camera when running or after runs it comes across so much more relaxed and natural :)

Just look out for the maximum speed of 20kmh. Usually the cheap ones top out at 15

Hmm short version: threshold is your 1hr full gas effort. People train this to improve lactate clearing. Tempo is anything between zone2 and threshold. People train this to develop the strength to endure the race distance
