I tried walking 10,000 steps a day challenge! In this video I take you along the journey of myself, an overweight 26-year-old women attempting to walk 10,000 steps a day for 2 weeks in the mission to loose weight. I had a fair few struggles, mishaps and many complaints along the way but I kept going. I pushed myself to not only aid my weight loss goal but show that I can do things I set my mind to. It was hard but I got it done and hopefully it can motivate you to give it a go as well. I take you along for the entire fitness challenge, the ups and downs and sprinkle in a bit of my advice and knowledge throughout. I share my realistic weight loss results, before and after pictures and progress I have made. Trust me if I can do it, so can you.
