honestly wish you would stop pushing fabletics. in your other clothing reviews, you mark them down on your #/10 rating for being too expensive for the quality and saying "oh i'd rate it higher if it were ethically produced". fabletics is NOT an ethical company; and buying so many leggings and workout clothes month after month is just not sustainable or necessary tbh. if you're going to brand yourself as a sustainable youtuber (like your $70 pants), please do the same in the sponsorships you promote. a lot of people have said fabletics is bad quality (maybe you get better quality items because you're their partner) and that their customer service is really unresponsive. this isn't a hate comment seriously, and if its seen as hate, i'm sorry that you cant see this is fair, constructive criticism.

One thing I love about Sierra's videos is her confidence and ability to say no. Like in this video, rather than pushing herself to work all 7 days "for the views," she unapologetically admits breaks are healthy and that is what she needs to complete this challenge. I see so many other KZitemrs giving themselves ridiculous fitness challenges (or just challenges that are ridiculous for them) and as a result pushing themselves to unsustainable extremes. There are SO MANY "Exercising like a [insert athlete type here] for a Week!" videos from KZitemrs with average builds and you can see it in their faces: they are not having a good time, and oftentimes throughout the video they'll start losing sleep, becoming dizzy, retching, etc. They are pushing their bodies beyond what they are capable of just to get an extra couple thousand views. Sierra doesn't do that. She'll pick a goal that is outside of her comfort zone but will approach it in a healthy manner. I just love that -- it sets such a healthy precedent!

NonstopJen I think it's very unfair to say "pregnancy as an excuse". Pregnancy affects people in massively different ways. Sierra is pregnant but young, childless, works from home around her own schedule etc. most pregnant women aren't in that situation.

As someone who was in a profession where I had to get up at 6 o’clock every single morning. Drinking lots of water actually helps wake you up, I don’t like the taste of Coffee so I would never have coffee in the mornings. Also when that natural blue light hits you, it kind of wake you up a little bit more. And when I come from home from work I used to have like a half hour power nap, and then I was good to go again. The main thing is getting at least seven hours of sleep at night for those early mornings.

My dad wakes up between 3:30 and 4 every weekday morning (probably about 7 on the weekends) to run 7-8 miles then take an hour long sauna. He’s insane.

I've been waking up around 5:30-5 for over a year now and I get so many things done when it's peaceful outside. I can do my laundry while no one else is using the laundry room, I can bake before I hear a lot of traffic outside, and I do my shopping while stores are empty. I'm naturally a morning person, so I thrive on this schedule. Even if I could miraculously sleep in until 10am, I'd still be tired by 8pm.

Me working out in the morning = 9 am LOL after dropping my oldest off at school. I've considered waking up earlier but I really like this groove... wake up and get my son ready for school, eat breakfast do some dishes. School drop off. Work out in the morning for an hour, relaxing shower. Nice forest or beach walk with my youngest son and dog. Then the boring adult stuff (computer work, errands, chores) mixed with fun stuff with my youngest before school pick up.

All these comments about people teasing Sierra for thinking 6am is early...like why does it have to be a competition? She works hard. She’s allowed to be tired. Idk why everyone has to try and one up each other. Also, as a new-ish mom, it’s literally so annoying to see all these other moms commenting like “just you wait til the baby is here.” I hated those comments, like obviously I knew I’d be even more tired once the baby was here. Sierra knows she is gonna be tired as a new mom. That doesn’t mean she isn’t allowed to be tired right now too. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve woken up naturally at 6 am everyday since freshman year. Even on weekends, I would wake up, look at the clock, and either get up or go back to sleep. I went to bed late asf too, like I survived school on 4 hours of sleep everyday. I’ve been out of school for a year now and it’s still happening. I’m only 19 but I’m over here sipping tea watching the sun come up and feeding the birds like an old lady. Somebody help.
