Thanks David. I am about to do the same thing you did to my sauna! Hope it’s works!

Thanks for these videos! How long does it take to get to 170 degrees from the time when your turn on the sauna?

Any time! Takes about 20 minutes

How much is it costing you per month for the electricity? Also, do you have to do something special to make sure that it doesn’t trip your circuit breaker? (I don’t feel great unless it is over 175 degrees and I have always thought about converting an infa red sauna to a regular one. I love what you’re doing here!)

Awesome! The sessions in this are typically under an hour tops so I dont see any change in electric for me (i also have about 3 cold plunges on at all times, plus we have a household of 6, so we consume electricity) lol I use a GFCI breaker and had the power here upgraded to 20 amps, should have went 30. We also have RLT on the same power source.

No issues with the patio heater damaging the infrared components, like the timer/on-off box made out of plastic due to heat getting hotter than the 140 degrees that the infrared components are intended for?

I actually assumed that would happen but it hasn’t, surprisingly. Everything is working great!

Have you tried infrared heat panels? They are cheap and ubiquitous in Europe.

This sauna have them, I use both at the same time :)

Hey man, love your vids. I installed a night temp fan from Amazon. Mounted on side wall. Airflow pointed up. It moves the air around. So that top and bottom are almost the same temp. Works great.

I love the video's David. I have a Finnleo traditional sauna and it only gets up to 170 degree's. I'd like it to be hotter. It's a two person so there isn't a ton of room in there but do you see any reason why a patio heater wouldn't work to get it a little hotter?

I think it would actually work great in that!

You may have covered this in your previous video but what about emf and elf readings?

Right on the light are the same as an iphone streaming a KZitem video, a foot away was next to nothing. Not alarming

I did this in a grow tent with heat lamps. No infrared heat panels. Gets hot.

Might it work better placed closer to the floor?

I don’t think so since it’s a directional heater

I noticed that the heater isn't available on Amazon anymore. Can you recommend an alternate model? I know you mentioned some have an automatic shut off switch at a certain temperature which makes them problematic and I honestly do not know how to tell which have it and which don't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

hey hey!! Yes this has been selling out super quick every time it comes available. There are other options but people are saying they have a new safety trigger that turns it off before getting hot hot
