Jose Marti Park in Tampa's Ybor City neighborhood is a tiny little enclave of land that's been owned by the Cuban Government since the 1950's. When you step into this park, you are technically leaving the United States and stepping onto Cuban territory. It's the easiest way to "visit" Cuba, and you don't even need a passport!
