Hmmmmmm I waited for 5 years. 2 years down the line it was our newly found church pastor that even remind me by asking what is happening why I haven't giving birth hmmmmmm that moment all my laughter and playful part of me disappeared. Thank God hubby was there and none of his family ever questioned me. My mother in law was so super sweet may she continue to rest well. I had my baby girl after 5yrs and she will clock 5yrs soon.

Being a tojubole is a thing with Nigerians, the art of seriously minding other people's affairs with careless "compliments" and needless questions laced with concern. We do have a lot to rethink as a society.

In Jamaica we have the same issues. Women who are unable to bear children are called mule and are ridiculed and mocked in their communities and workplaces as a result. For the men who are suffering low sperm count or sterile, they are referred to as firing blank shots. It is hard.

I can't explain the pain of having to wait, the fear of it will never happen, there are no words to contain the pressure and pain, it brings. If you have never been there there, as in there, the days, the months counting into years, I had to bury kids after pregnancy came through and as I gave birth, knowing he or she will die, I had my Ex in-laws say bullshits, I just can't but thank God, it passed. I pray for every expectant woman, that the Lord will give peace, peace that no man can give. My hugggggs and love 🧡

My mother-in-law said that because my husband meet me on Facebook that I will not grow nor be fruithful because I have not had a baby after 2yrs and 6months of marriage, forgetting I have had miscarriages .and I just 25_26. i see some comment is against having child and i discover all of them is single girls and i laugh calm down just when you reach age 60 to 70 years you will understand sand and stone

I thinks its selfish of a man or a woman in a relationship who is infertile to expect their partener who is fertile and want children to sacrifice having children although the desire is to have children. Everyone came on earth to be happy that happiness can come from having children . Some people are blessed to be able to have children some are not . Why should the ones who choose to have children cant do so because they happen to have partners who cant have children . Why should one sacrifice the joy of having a child because their partner cannot .
