Awesome video, I hope you have great success consulting. I have my first catering gig in March for about 150 people, hopefully I'll be able to get a hold of you when I'm ready for that step

Very different side of things but cool to see. If I was a little younger I would give this a try. Worked in a lot of kitchens when I was younger and have taken the Goldees class. Solid vid.

Nice! Yea, there’s a lot more that goes into making great barbecue spots than just cooking good food and I hope to share that knowledge with others! Thanks for watching!

As a starting local business owner (bbq food truck) - this is certainly helpful information that takes some of the wool off of what goes on behind the scenes, considerations, etc. Thanks Joe!

This is a great idea for anyone starting or running a bbq business. I always find it very useful to get a fresh set of eyes on what you’re doing. This is how places get better. Always striving to be the best. Do you have any plans on hosting BBQ classes for us backyard bbq guys?

Great video! Im not a BBQ business...yet. But maybe in a few years. I got a new smoker and have trouble with fire management. It would be great to get some tips/pointers on how i can make my product better if I ever decide to open a business.

Thanks. Will do. What are your thoughts on tuning plates in a smoker? I have tuning plates in mine and am wondering if that is the reason the bottom of my briskets are crispy
This is awesome!! I’ve got a catering business and starting to venture out into pop ups and events. Could really use some useful info and tips.

Interesting content despite being outside the norm. What a way to spread knowledge to help others succeed. It could be interesting to see a BBQ rescue type thing in the spring/summer find a pop up/ smalltime BBQ guy who could use some guidance.

Howzit Joe, I want to get to where these guys are at in there business. So I live in Hawaii, and wondering if there is any custom offset pit builders in California that I can visit to look for one or in las Vegas?

Thanks Joe, I was just thinking I could save some money on shipping it from Texas to Hawaii. I guess I'm going to have to find someone to build it here

@@sheafujimoto Check out Harper Pits, Titus Smokers, MH Metalworks, Red Devil Smokers. Just a few that are California based. I follow them on social media and they have some good looking work.
