They all follow the same theme but with different elements. The first is about taking down Hydra in WW2, the second is about taking out Hydra in modern day and the 3rd is about ensuring that Hydra doesnt come back by Zemo. When you said "you're not going to be able to lift that", you have to remember, both bucky and cap are super soldiers. You'll remember Cap was injected with the serum, but you may not have remember that hydra injected bucky with their version of the super soldier serum, because it wasn't shown on screen, they just mention he was experimented on. In the comics, captain america can lift upwards of 40 tons. Both Cap & Bucky can lift enormous weights, run extremely fast, and have super human senses and physical ability, which is why bucky as the winter soldier could jump off the bridge and land on the car without injury. He doesn't have metal legs, just super human legs.

3:10 no, Cap isn't like Ironman where he uses tech. He's literally just the man and the shield. It's the super soldier serum in him 👌🏾 It's easy to get lost in the obvious (focusing on how much taller, bigger, and stronger he became) but that serum boosted EVERYTHING about him. His vision, his hearing (in the comics he can tell when someone's lying by the change in their heartbeats, the MCU is more "realistic" but you get the drift), etc. To answer your specific question here he thinks, processes thoughts, and learns waaaay faster than any human ever could and he also has photographic memory. So when he's throwing the shield like that it's because his understanding of all the physics involved with working angles, friction, and surfaces and all the "formulas" needed to throw it, hit everything he intended it to, and return back to him.

At least in this one it's pretty plausible. Thor is always easy since you can say he's off-world. Already have 2 Avengers in Cap and Black Widow there. Banner probably isn't easy to get a hold of anyways and might not even be able to get there quickly. And plausible for Hydra to send Hawkeye off on a mission out of the country so he wouldn't get in the way. The only one you could ask about would be Iron Man. Which isn't bad really. That is after Iron Man 3 so maybe as far as Cap knew Tony didn't have any suits to use anyways. It does get more ridiculous as the MCU goes along. But this one isn't bad since the Avengers team is still pretty small and aren't that close.

As an American, I think captain America represents how the country feels a lot of the time. We are all about “defense” our constitution even states it in our second amendment “defend against all enemies foreign and domestic.” But when it feels like we are constantly on guard, it’s hard to remember what we fight for. With NATO becoming more and more prevalent, and countries looking to America to provide weapons and money, and even soldiers now. Americans sometimes feel like we are used for war, and then discarded when we no longer serve that purpose. Sorry for getting political, it’s just something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately and the captain America movies remind me of it. Of course I support NATO and Ukraine, but it’s hard when most of the world only likes you when you give them stuff, and seems to not care what happens to you the rest of the time. This is just me venting online, it’s the only way I feel like I can express these concerns.
