I love how raw her videos are, she doesn’t romanticize her life and all her trips, she shows the realities and talks about it instead of shutting all that out from her videos. I really love how comfortable and actually relatable she is to her viewers and is brave enough to show us. She also doesn’t hide her mental problems like others, she really shows how it is and as someone who struggles with serious anxiety I really appreciate that. Trust me things will get so much better and now that you’re going through this low the only way to go now is back up

You don’t feel like yourself because he was a big part of your life and the breakup is still fresh, you will soon feel whole again when you get back to who you were as an individual, you’re basically going through an awkward and sometimes traumatic phase of getting to know yourself all over again, you can’t help but miss the happy times, when you get through this you will feel so empowered and re energised once you heal...

you will get to a point when being alone isnt lonely. It takes time and there will be times when sadness comes out of nowhere but it will be okay, just remind yourself that no one ever cried themselves to death. (at least that i know of) Keep being amazingly you even if that means crying.

I just wanna say how refreshing it is to see a person who puts their life out on social media to show this vulnerable side of them. We all make our lives look so much better on socials then we feel sometimes. We as human beings go through these feelings and it’s completely valid and normal. thank you for showing this side of you because we all can relate and see that we’re not alone. If anyone is feeling alone just know that you are worthy, loved, and strong. I love being apart of this fandom and we always got each others back. ❤️

I went on my first solo trip last year to Australia, I live in Texas so it was about a 15 hour flight, and I was super nervous about going by myself and as soon as I got to my apartment I just broke down. Emotionally it was the worse time of my life, I was paranoid the entire time and never left my room. I didn’t go sightseeing or didn’t do anything I wanted. My apartment balcony was right next to the Sydney bridge so I at least got to see that. But even though it was not very fun for me like I thought, I’m so proud of myself for even getting into the plane by myself and traveling that far. I have severe separation anxiety and social anxiety, so for me to even go that far by myself is a huge accomplishment for me even though when I got there I felt like I was dying. It was defiantly a learning experience and I’m proud of myself anyways.💜

Hey! I did something similar, I’m from Australia and was visiting my friends in denmark and decided I wanted to go to berlin and no one wanted to go with me. It was terrifying and I struggle with anxiety as well but it was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done, I also stayed in my hostel a lot of the time and didn’t talk to anyone but I’m still so proud of myself

i have no friends. i only have my siblings and parents that don’t really talk to me. no other family. i’ve been recently going through some really hard times and cry myself to sleep almost every other night. watching this video made me realize it’s okay to be alone sometimes and figure things out on my own. as obvious as it is, it can be really hard to fully understand. watching someone else going through something similar made me feel validated so thank you for being vulnerable with us sarah. i know it’s hard

hey sarah... ive literally been crying every night since my breakup. I was in a very abusive, domestic violence relationship for 7 years and had two kids during it. He went to prison for brekaing my ribs and selling drugs and during that time I went homeless because I didnt have him to provide. I met some amazing people who have helped me get into college, an apartment, get full custody of my kids and just being okay. Its been two years since then and i found someone who loved me. and helped me thru alot of stuff... and we just recently broke up.... crying fucking helps bro. games help. distractions help. friends help. drives help. drawing helps. creating helps. anything that you need to do that makes you happy freaking helps. for me its my two babies, art and podcasts as well. I love you so much and i fucking enjoy you. youre helping me thru my own breakup as youre currently dealing with yours. I love you sarah! 🤍

Not to be cheesy as fuck but... ima be cheesy as fuck for a second. I’ve learned that when relationships end, it really is a blessing. Even if the relationship was good, if they were the one for you you’d still be together. So that just means that they’re stepping out of the way so that when your person comes along, there’s nothing and nobody standing in your way. I know it hurts now but girl you are fucking RESILIENT!!! Look at all you’ve been through and came back fighting ten times harder for yourself and your babies. You fucking got this. I’m so proud of you, damn.
