Pichincha is a volcano overlooking the Ecuadorian capital of Quito and you can take a Teleferico (cable car / gondola) to the top! Not only can you find great views of the city from there, but you will also be overlooking the site of one of the most historically significant battles in the Ecuadorian War of Independence from the Spanish Empire. Come along and see the beautiful sights and learn a little more about the battle and its significance to Ecuadorian history, and South American history as well! Also, I will be pronouncing "Pichincha" wrong for the entire video, as well as some other videos too! Enjoy!
