To prepare the dough you need

700 ml (3 cups) cold water
25 grams (1.5 tablespoon) sea salt
5 grams (1.5 teaspoon) fresh yeast
(if you don't have fresh yeast, use 1.8 grams or 3/4 teaspoon of instant yeast)
